EXCELLENT SERVICE
I asked to guys to fit some new headlight units that I had sourced from the internet to my Nissan Pathfinder. The price quoted on the phone was reasonable, and cheaper than most of the others that I sought.
A few hours after dropping the vehicle off, I was contacted by the garage to let me know that they were having trouble fitting the units. They had also been proactive and been in contact with the company that I had bought the units from to seek advice.
Unfortunately, the units were not compatible with the vehicle (not the garages fault - this was a listing error by the internet seller). The guys put back the old lights and left the vehicle in exactly the same way that it was when I dropped it off.
Although they still carried out virtually the same amount of work, they charged me a small proportion of the quoted price, which I felt was brilliant customer service and very honest of them.
I would not hesitate to use them again.
