I ordered a bouquet for my wifes birthday to be delivered between 9 and 10am. At 10.10am it hadn't arrived so I phoned them and the assistant said " all I can say is they're on their way and put the phone down and wouldn't answer it again. Outrageous behaviour. Never use this company. unprofessional.
