My name is Miss Victoria twibell and I am so bitterly upset but I ever went to Smiths jewellers in Wellgate Rotherham as I took a rotary 17 jewel movement watch for a replacement strap and now they do that says he has lost my watch and he offered to give me a cheap watch in place of my nine carat gold watch and I am not putting up with this and I think everybody ought to be warned about this but he has not found it in 2 years and it will not give me my receipt or anything else and I said I'd wait while he went to Luke and he would not even go and look and the shop was not busy at all and I will tell you now he's one of cos I will never go back in that shop all I want is my watch or compensation and I will tell you now I am going to get a solicitor's letter to him he is so laid back and not doing the job properly I don't think it is good at all and as I say I will never go back into Smiths jewellers in Wellgate he offered me a cheap what's wasn't worth about £10 and my watch is vintage and on eBay they're about £300 and he was not prepared to talk about it or do anything about it and I will tell you now I am far from happy I had a very very bad experience and the watches left me by a late relative who died and I am so bitterly upset as I say and I don't like them at the best of times but this has put me off from ever going back to Smiths jewellers in Wellgate I hope he knows how upset I feel and I feel let down and as I say I will never ever set foot back in his shop cos he is just so laid back and not even trying to be helpful at all miss Victoria twibell and I will be as I will tell you I cannot put up with this it has been going on for over 2 years but he is one off if he thinks I'm giving up because I'm going to my local solicitors to get a letter out to him asap she needs to do something and he is not doing anything and I could not get over how him and his son was so nonchalant about this and I am so upset miss Vijay twibell
