I used to absolutely love this place, perfect nails every time but it goes more and more down hill each time I visit. The first problem is you never get who you book in for anymore which is irritating. The second is they have a new staff member who you normally end up getting put with. I know four people who have all had this done to them and as a result their nails have either fallen off within two days or looked an absolute mess - not what they asked for. It isnt cheap, but I don't mind paying when I get quality nails which I do when I am given who I booked with. But this new staff member to put it bluntly - isn't up to scratch and customers should be given their requested staff member. If you're too busy - don't take the bookings!!
