I have just visited your shop which was quite busy I purchased two bags of shopping which was quite a lot and the girl on the till just sat and watched me struggle never offered to help me if this is your policy then I suggest you should all take a course in customer service I have worked in retail all my life and I always packed my customers bags for them its just common courtesy surely
