Awefull rude staff and owner. We needed details for a missed flight claim and got nothing but misery.
CLAIM TO BE INSURED BUT ABTA HAVE NO RECORD OF THEM......
NO INSURANCE SO YOU HAVE NO PROTECTION OR COMEBACK IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!
Beware!!! Nice enough taking money from you but have nothing to do with you if you have issues with what they sold you.
STAY AWAY
Now claiming they didn't book my mum's ticket!!!!!

I spoke to your staff in the phone who confirmed you had details of my mums ticket, then you text me a few times after the review stating you would not help me.

Poor service. Rude owner. Good at taking money no good at helping customers. Claims to be ABTA registered. Can't be found on ABTA register????? Suspicious.... Beware
