We polity explained this. And she went bananas.
We only do reasonable and nice clients.

we have been going to Peter Bird's for a long time, all the staff are very friendly and helpful., they always give a superb cut. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Unfortunately had a very bad experiance! Customer service was disgraceful.
I rang to make an appointment with peter for hair colouring. He booked me in later that day for colleague without a strand test (which was fine by me). Upon arrival (peter was not there) they refused to treat my hair or do anything to it (not even a cut) as they said the colour would not lift. Personally i think it was because they were due to close in an hour and did not want to. So i let them take a strand and booked in the following morning. I later rang peter and told him of my experiance for which he apologised for wasting my time.
The next morning i went in...they could not treat my hair as the strand came out "severely damaged". I asked to see it and they said they destroyed it. They had took several strands all of which aparantly had been destroyed!!! Yet they did not even call me prior to me arriving. Are you not suppose to show your client the proof and talk them through it??
I have had my hair coloured at top salons and never experianced a problem. It was simply because i had rang peter for which i was entitled! Twice a wasted journey! And shody customer service! I would not recommened this salon to anybody. Icould write alot more as to how it was simply excuses because i no alot about hair colouring and virgin hair strands do not come out destroyed. So much so that they did not even show me??!!
